About the role
At Syncron, we see graphic design as visual storytelling that engages, informs, and inspires. We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join our Revenue Marketing team on a temporary maternity leave cover contract.
In this role, you’ll partner closely with our Lead Graphic Designer and marketing team to create compelling visual content across digital and print channels.
You’ll contribute to a wide variety of projects including campaign assets, social media graphics, presentations, video content, web visuals, and branded materials that support Syncron’s global marketing initiatives.
What would you do?
The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, attention to detail, and the ability to balance creativity with consistency in a fast-paced B2B environment.
Design and develop visual content for digital marketing campaigns, social media, email, presentations, web, and print materials
Support the creation of video assets and motion graphics for marketing initiatives
Maintain consistency across all visual communications in alignment with Syncron brand guidelines
Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to support campaign execution and meet project deadlines
Adapt and optimize creative assets for multiple formats, platforms, and regional needs
Prepare production-ready files for digital and print use
Help maintain and organize internal design assets, templates, and media libraries
Contribute fresh creative ideas and stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices
Who you are? / What we expect:
3+ years of professional experience in graphic design or related creative roles
Strong portfolio showcasing digital design, branding, presentation, and marketing work
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Premiere Pro or After Effects
Experience working in Figma
Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a remote environment
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Experience creating assets for social media, digital campaigns, and web platforms
The icing on the cake:
Motion graphics or video editing experience is a plus
Familiarity with AI-powered creative and design tools is a plus
