EazyStock is a “startup” within Syncron, a global market leading company developing solutions for after market service optimization. Whilst Syncron’s client base is made of up of large enterprises (e.g. Manitowoc, Mazda, DTNA and JCB), EazyStock work with small to medium sized companies, helping them to optimize their inventories and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction without having excess capital tied up in redundant inventory.
We at EazyStock are an entrepreneurial and international team operating in Europe, Asia and the USA, developing and selling the best cloud-based inventory optimization software solution on the market. Nevertheless, we know that we can only help SMB’s if they know about EazyStock, and how this best-in-class solution will improve their customer satisfaction, increase their profits and reduce their inventory investment!
About the role
As an EazyStock Consultant you will report to the local EazyStock Expert Services team leader and you will participate in projects delivered globally. EazyStock Consultant is responsible for the implementation of EazyStock for our global customers, which are SME companies.
In the first year at EazyStock, an EazyStock Consultant is expected to learn about EazyStock and to be able to assume a customer-facing role, including managing existing customers and supporting new business acquisition activities.
This role includes development of complex software solutions from the business side: presentations, data analysis, documentation and reporting.
What would you do?
Gathering, analyzing and documenting customer requirements
Proposing solutions to problems related to supply chain
Identifying customer needs and suggesting extensions and additional services
Configuring EazyStock to fulfill customer’s needs
Modelling the supply chain and fine-tuning parameters
Testing configuration and ensuring business alignment
Delivering workshops & user training
Managing and supporting existing Customers
Supporting the pre-sales process
Setting up demonstrative accounts
Inventory data analysis
Preparing ROI presentations
Identifying and reporting enhancement ideas and bugs to the Product Management department
Mentoring junior consultants
Who you are? / What we expect:
IT or Supply Chain Management degree from a Polytechnic or a University. We also accept degrees from other related fields
A minimum of 3-5 year of work experience
Extensive analytical skills:
Ability to understand and document customer requirements
Data analysis and reporting skills
Experience in IT. Proficient knowledge of the Office package. At least basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
Very good communication and interpersonal skills. Preferably also presentation skills
Fully communicative in English – both spoken and written
Willingness to travel
