About the team
You will be part of a small but dedicated team that is responsible for all HR administrative tasks, including payroll preparations and calculations for our Polish organization. This means, that the ideal candidate would not only be a true people’s person but also highly skilled in reporting, as this HR role requires many calculations, reconciliations and summaries to be provided to different parts of the organization as well as external stakeholders, on a regular basis.
About the role
As an Employee Excellence Specialist, you are our employees’ guide within the HR area and will assist them through the full employment life cycle. You will focus on ensuring that all employee related matters are dealt with in timely manner, that our employees are always healthy and safe, have their contracts on time, are up to date with all needed information
What would you do?
Preparation of documents related to full employment relationships cycle, in accordance with the Labor Code
Active participation in the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
Personnel files administration (establishing, maintaining & archiving)
Civil law agreements preparation & administration Working time, absences and time sheets administration
Issuing referrals for occupational health examinations and recording health and safety trainings (BHP)
Conducting monthly payroll process
Preparation and submission of declarations to: Social Insurance Institution (ZUS), PFRON, Tax Offices, GUS
Employee benefits administration
Who you are? / What we expect:
At least 3 years of experience in employment administration area
At least 1 year of experience in calculating payroll in-house (without external payroll provider)
Ability to prepare declarations and reports to ZUS registration and settlement reports (including DRA with corrections), tax (PIT), PFRON, GUS
Proficiency in working with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
Communicative English in speaking and writing
Being up to date with our Polish local labour law changes
Ability to independently seek information
Experience working with Workday and/or Enova is an advantage but not a prerequisite.
