About the role
The CHRO is a strategic partner to the business—responsible for designing and executing a global people strategy that drives organizational performance, builds a future-ready workforce, advances culture, and ensures operational excellence across all HR functions.
What would you do?
Strategic Leadership & Partnering
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and part of the Executive Leadership Team on all matters related to people, culture, and organizational strategy.
- Define and deliver an HR roadmap aligned with business goals, including workforce planning, talent management, leadership development, and succession.
- Lead enterprise-wide change management initiatives that build agility, resilience, and growth capability.
Culture, Engagement & Employee Experience
- Shape and embed a high-performance culture grounded in company values, fostering engagement, trust, inclusion, and well-being.
- Ensure the employee lifecycle—from attraction to exit—delivers a seamless, world-class experience.
Talent Acquisition, Development & Succession
- Build robust, scalable talent pipelines to meet current and future business needs.
- Lead global strategies for talent acquisition, employer branding, leadership development, performance management, engagement, DE&I, compensation & benefits, and organizational effectiveness.
- Oversee leadership development, mentoring, and coaching programs that strengthen capability across all levels.
- Drive succession planning to ensure readiness of high-potential talent for critical roles.
Operational Excellence & HR Delivery
- Oversee all HR operations, including compensation & benefits, HRIS, employee relations, and performance management, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and compliance across regions.
- Develop and monitor HR analytics and dashboards to enable data-driven decisions and demonstrate HR’s impact on business results.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations across global jurisdictions.
- Serve as the executive owner for workforce governance, ethics, and employee relations, proactively mitigating people-related risks.
Success Metrics
- Increased employee engagement and retention.
- Strengthened leadership pipeline and succession readiness.
- Improved operational efficiency (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, HR service satisfaction).
- Clear alignment of people and business priorities driving measurable outcomes.
- Enhanced culture metrics reflecting trust, inclusion, and performance.
Who you are? / What we expect:
- 10–15+ years of progressive HR leadership, ideally in global and complex organizations.
- Proven ability to translate business strategy into measurable human capital outcomes.
- Strong operational and analytical acumen in HR systems, metrics, and delivery.
- Demonstrated success in driving culture transformation and leading high-performance teams.
- Deep understanding of compensation & benefits strategy across multiple regions.
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills; trusted advisor to executive and board levels.
The icing on the cake:
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or HR certification preferred.
- Track record of working within enterprise SaaS environment
