About the team
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated professional to join our Pricing team, the backbone of Syncron’s core product. Our solutions are critical to global supply chains and trusted by leading brands worldwide.

Our tech stack:
Java17, Spring (Web, Security), Spring Boot, Hibernate, Kotlin, PostgreSQL, Aurora DB, Dynamo DB, Hazelcast, Maven, Docker, AWS (S3, EC2,Batch)What would you do?
- Improving existing codebase, including tests.
- Implementing new features in Java and Kotlin.
- Taking part in significant restructuring and architectural changes.
- Code review.
- Performance engineering, including benchmarks and tools.
- Communicating and documenting technical designs and architectural decisions.
- Implementing and maintaining support for new and evolving technologies.
What we expect:
- 2 - 5 years of experience in software development.
- Fluent English.
- Excellent command of Java, Spring Boot, and JPA/Hibernate.
- Experience with relational databases and relational modelling.
- Ability to write testable and maintainable code.
- Being self-driven in a remote and geographically distributed team.
- Keen interest in understanding complex domains.
- BS or MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
The icing on the cake:
- Experience with any non-Java JVM language.
- Experience with AWS services (ECS, Bedrock, Lambda, Batch, RDS).
- Interest in functional programming.
- Experience with Hazelcast.
