About the team

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated professional to join our Ordering team, the backbone of Syncron’s core product. Our solutions are critical to global supply chains and trusted by leading brands worldwide.

What would you do?

• Design new functionalities and solutions to problems across backend, frontend, and DevOps, based on current business needs.
• Write testable code, collaborate with the team, and share your knowledge.
• Participate in scope planning, issue prioritization, development, and code reviews.

 What we expect:

• Good command of Java 21+, standard design patterns, and Spring,
• Ability to write readable, maintainable and testable code,
• Hands-on experience with common AWS services,
• Familiarity with build tools, CI/CD, version control, relational databases,
• Fronted development experience with framework such as Angular or React,
• Good communication and teamwork skills:
  • You focus on finding solutions, not assigning blame,
  • You’re not afraid to challenge the status quo to improve outcomes,
  • Collaboration is your priority over ego.

The icing on the cake:

• Interest in DevOps, knowledge of IaaC, Terraform,
• Experience managing microservices in a production environment.
