About the team
The Inventory team is responsible for implementing the Parts Planning and Dealer Parts Planning solution for new customers and supporting existing customers to maximize the value they derive from the product. This can include various activities such as:
- Configuration customization,
- Implementation of new features,
- User training and direct user support,
- Providing ad hoc reports and analysis to the customer,
- Troubleshooting and investigation of business challenges reported by customers.
The team works on projects as agilely as possible to adapt our way of working to the fast-paced environment. We work as a team, sharing knowledge and experience to achieve our common goal of a successful customer.
About the role
We are looking for an Expert Services Consultant to join our Warsaw Customer Excellence team. As a Consultant, you will support our customers on their agenda to transform their service and after-sales business into a competitive differentiator. Relying on the Syncron service platform that offers domain-fit solutions for inventory optimization, pricing strategy and IoT technology drivers, you will help define, configure, test, and deploy game-changing business solutions in state-of-the-art architectures. Our international customers are leading companies from the construction equipment industry, automotive, rail, aviation, and other related fields.
During the ramp up period you will get familiar with Syncron’s products and processes by utilizing our eLearning platform and participating in actual customer projects. Your personal mentor and the members of your international project team will support you to quickly learn what you need. As you grow you will be given more senior responsibilities. What would you do?
You are in the first line to ensure Syncron customers realize the most value from our solutions, by:
- Designing and documenting end-to-end business processes based on Syncron’s best practices and standard software solutions,
- Gathering, analyzing and documenting customer requirements and bringing them in line with the contracted project scope,
- Setting up Syncron’s solutions to enable customer value – following and refining the value proposal as developed during the presales phase,
- Supporting users in their day-to-day operations to increase dealer adoption of the Syncron tools,
- Defining the integration of the Syncron solution within the customer’s IT landscape (definition of relevant data flows and data mappings, specifically with regards to the customer’s ERP and Dealer Management (DMS) system(s)) – in close collaboration with the Technical Architect from Syncron’s project team,
- Configuring, testing and fine-tuning business parameters to optimize solution fit,
- Enabling users to adopt the Syncron solution successfully into their live business operations by reviewing and advising on relevant functional and UAT test scenarios as well as by setting up impactful training an coaching sessions for users,
- Managing the project scope in close collaboration with Syncron’s and the customer’s project manager,,
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and other team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration,
- Identifying needs and additional services to optimize customer value,
- Collaborating with Syncron Customer Success Managers to drive customer satisfaction,
- Collaborating with Product Management department to improve Syncron solutions,
- Supporting root cause/corrective action analysis of issues, resulting in possible improvement proposals. Performing data validation (SFTP, INTS, logs, etc.).
Who you are:

- have completed university with a degree, preferably in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Physics,
- worked a minimum of 2 years in a related job,
- are interested in leveraging Information Technology to achieve business objectives,
- understand KPIs and customer operations,
- focus on your customers’ needs and aim to deliver best results for your clients,
- are able to understand and document customer requirements,
- have a structured work approach and stick to your goals,
- have learned to analyze Data and provide meaningful reports,
- can understand and write basic SQL queries,
- fluently communicate in business English in person or writing,
- are happy to travel the world to occasionally spend time directly with your clients,
- have basic knowledge of BI tools and how they are used by the customer,
- have a proactive approach to the delivery of improvement proposals to customers,
- have the ability to set the right expectation level for the customer and to keep the customer informed about the progress in the support case,
- intend to explore unfamiliar areas to solve issues, but where necessary, seek help in a timely manner,
- European language skills: French.
The icing on the cake:

- experience building business solutions based on standard software,
- experience in implementing SaaS solutions,
- Experience with AWS console,
- Experience with ETL tools,
- European language skills, i.e., French,
- strong experience in the after-sales domain.
