About the role
Join Syncron as a Product Manager, where you’ll play a pivotal role in building our future flagship product from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to drive a new initiative that will shape the company’s future, working closely with cross-functional teams to turn visionary ideas into a market-leading solution. What would you do?
People Leadership and Development
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of Product Owners and Managers.
- Oversee talent reviews, recruitment, onboarding, and career growth.
- Foster an engaging, collaborative, and accountable work environment.
Process and Best Practices
- Establish and improve product management processes, roadmap creation, prototyping, prioritization, and user story creation.
- Guide team members in applying best practices to drive product success.
Market Research and Analysis
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform product strategy.
- Gather customer insights to enhance product relevance and customer satisfaction.
Product Vision and Roadmap
- Define and communicate product vision, mission, and strategy.
- Develop a roadmap that balances customer needs, market demands, and technical feasibility.
Release Management and Launches
- Coordinate product releases with engineering and quality teams, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate with GTM teams for product launch and sales enablement.
Customer Engagement and Escalation Support
- Partner with Customer Success, GTM, and Legal teams for customer engagement and support.
- Act as a thought leader, engaging in industry research and trends.
Metrics and Analytics
- Track and analyze key performance indicators to measure product success.
- Drive continuous improvement using data-driven insights.
What we expect:
- Minimum 5 years of proven product management experience with strong leadership skills over a solution.
- Excellent communication, organization, and strategic planning abilities.
- Ability to balance technical and business considerations, aligning product strategy with market trends and customer needs.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making experience.
