About the role
As an Intern in the Productivity Service & Support team, you will provide technical support and guidance to Syncron employees all around the world and support EU CEST time zone users remotely with hands-on support. Work with improvement of the support process and actively contribute to the Productivity Service & Support team's continuous development.

You will work closely with other teams in the Employee Productivity group to ensure that we deliver the best productivity experience possible to our internal customers around the world.
Please note, that this role requires you to be present on-site, at our Warsaw office five days a week.
What would you do?
- Act as the point of contact for all software and hardware support.
- Give Syncron employees the best support possible, keeping them productive.
- Ensure that users issues are investigated, solved or escalated and redirected to the correct team.
- Deliver hardware and software support according to our SLA's.
- Continuously suggest improvement on support processes and routines.
- Work on identifying trends and issues proactively.
- Documenting and sharing knowledge instinctively.
- Handle incoming tickets via ticketing system, and support via chat channels.
- When needed assist other Productivity teams in projects or with tasks.
Who you are:
- You are passionate about hardware and tech delivery for our colleagues in the EU (Poland).
- You have a strong understanding of both Windows and Mac OS platforms.
- You possess a logical mindset, enjoy challenges, value teamwork, and have a strong customer service focus.
- Communication and knowledge sharing come naturally to you.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- You interact with people respectfully and honestly, but aren't afraid to speak your mind and stand firm when necessary.
- You are ready to provide support in the office, handle hardware orders. troubleshoot equipment issues, and coordinate with OEMs for warranty claims.
- You manage the onboarding and offboarding of employees, as well as the logistics of IT equipment.
The icing on the cake:
- You have some hands-on skills and experience with hardware/networking.
- Enjoy a dynamic, international, changing and inspiring work atmosphere.
- Able to bring new ideas and also drive these into production systems.
- Experience with Mac management using Jamf and Windows management using Intune.
- Skills in supporting Open source / other 3rd Party Software.
- Documentation skills and training of others.
- Understanding infrastructure in cloud and on-prem.
- Some experience with Linux OS’s.
- Vendor Management.
- Experience or learnt with operations in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
