About the role
We are seeking a proactive Junior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Employee Excellence team. As a Junior T/A Partner, you will support the recruitment and hiring process, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. This role is ideal for someone passionate about people, talent acquisition, and building a strong workforce for the future.
What would you do?
Candidate Sourcing and Outreach
- Assist in sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job openings.
Recruitment Process Support
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring clear communication and a smooth process.
- Participate in screening calls and initial candidate assessments to identify potential fits for open roles.
- Help draft and post job descriptions on various platforms.
Candidate Experience
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining regular communication and providing feedback.
- Assist with onboarding new hires, including preparing offer letters and conducting background checks.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements for specific roles.
- Provide support during the decision-making process by helping to gather and present candidate feedback.
Data Management and Reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Generate recruitment-related reports and metrics to track hiring progress and success rates.
Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated on the latest recruitment trends, tools, and techniques.
- Provide suggestions for process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
What we expect:
- Around 1 year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR-related roles (internships or entry-level experience welcome).
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and various sourcing tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
