About the role
As a Solution Consultant for Syncron Price, you will be part of our CoE (Center of Excellence), responsible for working independently and teaming with Account Executives, Account Managers, Customer Success Managers and Product Managers to retain and grow our customers.
With your team members as a trusted advisor, you will drive an exceptional experience and sustained value. Responsibilities include gathering customer requirements, mapping solutions to their business requirements, presenting our products and solutions, creating and configuring customer-specific product and solution demonstrations, and executing PoC initiatives.
What would you do?
- Establish a deep understanding of our customers’ business and technical needs
- Create a “trusted business/technical resource” relationship with our customer’s business managers, technologists and internal teammates
- Help develop solution architecture framework to support solution selling on an enterprise level. Includes providing vision, system and application architecture definition, problem anticipation and problem-solving ability
- Design, validate and present software solutions, including advanced product concepts, future direction and industry solutions
Who you are? / What we expect:
- 4-6 years (minimum) solution engineering experience (Pre-sales)
- General understanding of how to develop and sell enterprise solutions- Including creating and executing propositions and a track record of success
- Understanding of the technology stack to include OS, DB, middleware, application layer, virtualization and cloud technologies
- SaaS application experience with knowledge extending to Pricing Solutions
- Ability to deal with ambiguity, strategic agility, manage diversity and drive for results (get-things-done mindset)
The icing on the cake:
- Experience working within aftermarket industry
- Fluent in English is essential. French, German or Swedish would be advantageous
